When I did the review for Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain it reminded me of the Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint, so I figured it would be a good idea to do a review on it. I only have one in the color Peaceful, a nude peach. I got it in one of my Birchboxes, and I was excited to try it out. I was curious, but at $24, I could never justify the price for what it is.
