Essie Naughty Nautical: Review & Swatches

It seems the concept of a "Mani Monday" is rather large on the interweb, so here's one for you. From one of the many polishes among Essie's summer collection is Naughty Nautical from the collection with the same name. Probably the best thing about this collection is that all but one shade has pretty shimmers in it.

As seen in the macro shot, Naughty Nautical is a blue tinged turquoise/teal with silver shimmery flakes that's understated, but still visible in most lights. A perfect summery shade that applies evenly, and nearly opaque in a coat. Two creates perfection. No streaking or issues with application, and it lasted 3-4 days without chipping (average lasting time).

Swatches

It's hard to see the silvery shimmers in the swatch pictures, but I promise in real life it's visible. The following swatches are of two coats of Naughty Nautical with top coat.

Bottom Line: Great summer polish, with a fun shimmery twist. It's a must if you don't have anything like it. Essie is truly hitting it out of the park this summer.
